Mindy is over 40, in theatre, and most decidedly not an athlete. One day she signs up for a triathlon! She gets drawn into the world of triathlon training, eventually signing up for an Ironman triathlon. She encounters many bumps and twists - both literal and figurative - in the road to Ironman. Join Mindy on her solo journey as she learns to reach for the unreachable, explore her "inner athlete," and find englightenment in the most unexpected places.
